My primary interest is focused around the busy professional who often suffers from tension headaches, shoulder and neck pain due to too many hours at the computer and poor ergonomics. I also enjoy working with the professional or recreational athlete, assisting them in achieving faster recovery, training enhancement and injury prevention. My main goal with every client is to base each session on their individual and specific needs with the use of many different modalities of stretching, mobilization, and soft tissue release leaving them with a restored sense of balance and well-being.

I was introduced to massage 17 years ago and it was a life altering experience. I have worked in the medical field for years but being able to help someone through massage, which I do often at hospitals is the greatest gift I can give. My goal is to improve each client's well being by using a variety of techniques such as hot stone, basic therapeutic touch, or myofacial release.
